Lehlohonolo Hanong started Coaching football in 2002,Soshanguve Pretoria.The person influenced and inspired him to became a Coach is the former Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates Striker Pollen Ndlanya.When he grew up one of his ambitions was to become a professional player or Professional Coach.The Challenges he faced since started Coaching football , Stated ” it’s funding because he couldn’t run his development team proper.Since he started Coaching football the lessons ,he picked up Said” Nothing will stop you when you Passionate.People motivates him to do better every day mentioned his two boys and team.The changes he would like to see happening in South African Football Development ,For him he wants to see more attention to grassroots level.Coach Lehlohonolo s’ favourite Coach in football is Rhulani Mokoena,Head Coach of Mamelodi Sundowns, According to him his style of play is unique and more educational.The Black Stars fc Coach told the online publication regards his Best Mentor in football by mentioning Dan Malisela and his view Coach Dan Malisela achieved alot in a short space of time.Coaching Black Stars it feels good every day for Coach Hatong and learn a lot for his players.He Explained you become a friend and a father figure.The team were Competing in LFA but they failed to continue due to financial support, also the sad part his boys were learning alot because the league was Competitive.Each team has their own style of play and it’s fast paced.The grassroots Coach always analysing each and every player at training so the team can perform during games.In 3 years time he wish to obtain a SAFA or CAF Coaching License, and also see few players he developed to make it into pro set up and grow himself in the game .Words for his Supporters back home Said” they are carry on support the team through thick and thin, nothing comes easy in life what he told the online publication and one day will make proud.The Encouraging words for upcoming youngsters , they must be always Discipline on and off the field .They must learn everyday and stay away from bad friends .
