Tshepo Mohlala started playing football when he was 6 years old.The person influenced and inspired him to became an footballer is the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane.On joining Kaizer Chiefs DDC was scouted by Coach Arthur Zwane and Conti Kubheka.One Of his ambitions if successful makes it into pro set up is to help his family and upcoming footballers .The Challenges he faced since started playing football stated is not easy to play professional football,So you need to work harder and apply Discipline , Because he received plenty rejections concerning trials.One of the lessons he picked up during his football Career is Discipline and Respect.Changes he would like to see happening in South African Football Development Structures ,For him Government should improve football schools structures and Scout players in Rural Areas . Tshepo s’ favourite football idol is Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane formerly with Kaizer Chiefs,Jomo Cosmos and Supersport United, Reason being he admire “Yeye” style of play.Tshepo known as “Iniesta” in football circle regards his Sisters as their Mentors since he resumed playing football.He told the online publication publication his Mother motivates him to do better every day .After displaying Man Of The Match Performances in Kaizer Chiefs colours ,Tshepo went to signed with Motsepe Foundation Outfit Hungry Lions Fc and his wish came true.In 3 years time he wants to see himself playing in Abroad and Represent Bafana Bafana .The other thing he shared some news a bit concerning his former team Kaizer Chiefs, According for him playing for them it felt good but comes with lot of pressure but currently is enjoying his football at Hungry Lions Fc.Since he left Kaizer Chiefs DDC Team the talented Midfielder improved a lot and matured when he comes for his game.Individually Accolades he won since started playing football :Won player of the Season regarding the league was playing before joining Kaizer Chiefs,Several Man Of The Match Awards in Kaizer Chiefs DDC Team.In future is looking to win more individual accolades and as a team collectively that’s why is working harder everyday so that he can reach those goals .On playing for Hungry Lions honestly he feels honoured and would like to take this opportunity to thank the Management for giving him a chance to grow his football Career also to Contribute for the team .Currently Tshepo is enjoying football at Hungry Lions since he joined them and like the vision of the Management .Now have more than 2 seasons playing for them insisted he would like to help them to win Promotion for PSL in future.Words for his family and supporters back home ,He would like to urge them to keep supporting him because he won’t dissapoint them also would like to thank them for Supporting him through difficult and good times.Word of advise he would like to share with upcoming youngsters , They must Never doubt their potential and also they must believe in themselves even if is tough on their sides.Tshepo s’ thoughts regarding the online publication ,He would like to applaud Mr Wonderboy Myanga for coming with this wonderful concept to help South African footballers interms of sharing their football stories etc.
