Due to a tough program concerning Golden Arrows DDC , Nkosinathi feels great to be at Golden Arrows environment.According to him everyone made easier for him to adjust regarding the style of play also explained the understanding they have with Management and His teammates is Magnificent.The goals he planned to achieve ,is to perform at his level best so he can not only be promoted to the first team but to be the best for both himself and his teammates.Nkosinathi shared some news concerning his progress ,By saying training is more advanced at Golden Arrows and highlighted football changes everyday ,that’s why is pushing harder everyday because he learn a lot since he arrived.He told us playing for Golden Arrows demands alot and everyday especially having played the league last season, Explained” you will be demanded to perform more since you know what’s expected of you.For him be part of Golden Arrows set up wasn’t easy and it didn’t happened overnight “Said” you have to go through the process and trust it, Work hard and be patient that’s all he can say.The other thing Nkosinathi learnt alot since he came there insisted there’s no time for sulking ,there are many talented players waiting on the sidelines to be where they at so you have to bring up your A game all the time.We asked him did they play the senior team? “Replied” They do all the time, there’s a strong bond between them and their Coaches . Going back regarding their technical team , Nkosinathi “Said” they are very Supportive also encourage them to do better all the time.In 3 years time he wants to see himself donning the National Teams jerseys starting from u20 up to Bafana Bafana and playing abroad in any of the top leagues.Playing for Golden Arrows ,It means alot for him hinted not many have such opportunity to play for a professional team and for that will be always be grateful,he doesn’t take lightly nor for granted.Concerning the senior team players ,he told the online publication,they always there to guide them regarding other aspects they lack off and how they rectify them.He planned to go far regarding his football Career by saying when it meant to be it will happen at the right time because God speed.Since he started campaigning in DStv Diski Challenge Said” I’m not going to lie ,it’s very tough being Consistent all the time,some weeks you on form and the other you off form.Described the situation saying that’s football,He just give his all whenever given the opportunity to be on the field of play.Motivation for upcoming youngsters”Said” Dream big but don’t just wish for things to happen, make things happen.Thoughts regarding our online publication,For him it’s a great platform for upcoming footballers to know the life of certain and what to do to go above them, Also not where he wanna be,He reads such online publications to understand what’s expected of him as a player.
